We offer the best in Child Care Education Services, including Child Development Associate (CDA), CDA renewals, Director Certification Courses, Director Renewals and clock hours for childcare providers. We now offer most of our courses in Spanish.
Barbara McKee-Cleary, MBA, owner, holds a Bachelor and Master of Business Administration. Barbara has over 5 years of experience as a former Child Care Licensing Representative in the Greater Houston area.
As a former Licensing Representative with the State of Texas Child Care Licensing and over 38 years of childcare experience, let us put our experience to work for you.

A day care center director is responsible for the day-to-day operations, employee relations, and to ensure the safety of the children in care.
A Child Care Director Certification from The McKee Group will ensure that you receive the quality training that will prepare you for this journey. Our program is one of the few that are recognized by State Child Care Licensing and will qualify you under Minimum Standards.
What are the requirements to become a director?
In order to qualify as a day care director, you must meet all state licensing requirements, including:
1. 21 years of age or older
2. High School diploma or GED
3. Two years of experience working in a licensed childcare center (paid or non-paid)
4. Copy of the State Minimum Standards

Certificación de Director/a
Un/a director/a de guardería es responsable de las operaciones diarias, las relaciones con el personal y de garantizar la seguridad de los niños a su cargo.
La Certificación de Director/a de Guardería de The McKee Group le garantiza una formación de calidad que le preparará para esta trayectoria profesional. Nuestro programa es uno de los pocos reconocidos por la Oficina Estatal de Licencias de Guardería y le permitirá cumplir con los Estándares Mínimos.
¿Cuáles son los requisitos para ser director/a?
